In this episode, I explore the idea of embracing the flow of life, which invites us to take a break from forcing what we “should” be doing and instead listen to our bodies and what it needs.
I recently experienced a migraine and felt a strong urge to rest instead of work on what I felt I should be doing.
This got me thinking about the power of responding instead of reacting to the energy of the collective, which can help us to break our own patterns and help the collective as well.
I found that going with the flow, even if it is slow, helps us to bring what we want into our lives faster than rushing and forcing it.

In this episode, I have the audio from a Soul Reading and Healing session I did. The client gave permission to share the session, and people’s names and locations have been removed. I have cut out some of the places where I was doing energetic healings and we did not talk. This session was a 45 min session over Zoom.
-The wonderful client asked about her skin issues, and I felt like it was a visible sign of inflammation in her body.
-I asked her soul in the Akashic Records to show me the reasons for the inflammation. There is past life reasons and generational reasons.
-I describe what I am seeing and experiencing as I am about to do, and when I am doing the energetic healings.

-I go into her insomnia issue and her connected past lives.
-I do energetic healings and offer suggestions on taking steps herself to help with her sleep.

-I go into her inquiry about what areas/cities she and her husband would be a good energetic match when they move.
-We talk about possible timelines of when she could move, and jobs for when they move.

-I asked in the Akashic Records what the client needs to know right now.
-I asked if there was anything else I needed to go over in the session, and I was given the idea of how to incorporate some of the healing tools I shared with the inflammation issue into the insomnia problem.
-The Records showed me that there are herbs that will help but with my limited knowledge of herbs I did some work on that after the session.

In this episode, I pull a card and channel how it connects to the collective and receive guidance on how to stay centred and aligned to our highest path during the energy shifts we are experiencing right now and in the future.

-The card is calling us to take care of ourselves
-the energy in the collective on earth is fluctuating and shifting a lot right now and we need to go within to weather the storm.
-I connect and channel to receive guidance on how to focus on ourselves to help us through this shift.
-we need to give ourselves compassion and allow ourselves to rest.
-following the cycles within us and is aligned with what we want and not the cycles of the chaotic collective energy.
-I have recently channelled that there are earth protectors and guardians who are helping to change the vibration of the earth, and they will be working in this way for quite a while.
-I am hopeful and excited about the energy of the future

Eileen is an intuitive coach, healer, cyclical living guide, and retired midwife. Her calling in life has always been to empower compassionate and courageous women (and some men!) to find more meaning, purpose, and fulfillment in their lives. She supports her clients in finding the courage to rest and learn how to prioritize their own needs without feeling guilty about it. As a cyclical living guide, Eileen helps people reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and the earth, tapping into the power there.
She works with women in both intimate group containers as well as by offering 1:1 mentorship and support. In addition, Eileen hosts women's circles honouring the Wheel of the Year Celebrations. All her offerings are held over zoom so location is not an obstacle.

In this episode;

-not only is it ok to be imperfect it’s beautiful, to show up as yourself, exactly how you are right now.
-when you trigger others and they judge you for your mistakes, it illuminates where they need to work.

-I encourage my soul to guide me through my intuition because it has a much larger perspective than my human self.
