E 17- Overthinking, Overanalyzing and Doubting your Intuition.

In this episode I pull a a tarot card for the listeners this week, and I talk about overthinking, overanalyzing and doubting your intuition.  
-Doubting your intuition is one of the biggest challenges intuitives have to work through. 
-The fear that holds back saying or acknowledging what you are receiving. 
- It takes time to learn to trust your intuition, it’s not usually an overnight transition. 
- Changing your wording can help you be more confident to say what you are receiving. 
-Being ok with not getting all of the message from spirit right.  
- Tools that can help you stop overthinking and to confirm or get a clearer answer from the spirit world.  
-Don’t limit yourself and make it harder for yourself by not utilizing the tools available to you.  
- Follow your intuition, the peak of interest, the pull towards something that you are meant to do or experience.  
- Noticing how your body feels  and pay attention to how it feels in different situations has been a big part of learning to listen to my intuition.

E15- Where I was 5 years ago and how Reiki changed my life.

In this episode I share where in my life I was 5 years ago, where I am today and how Reiki played a HUGE part in my path.  
I talk about; 
Where I was 5 years ago? I recently moved, just had my 3rd child, working to get a diagnosis and help for my oldest child, struggling with my own anxiety.  
My current stage of life. I am on my way to finding the right balance in life (I don’t think its ever done/just right, it's always a balancing act), focusing on myself, my spirituality and my health.  
What kept my up at night 5 years ago? Anxiety, being an empath (and not knowing it), being a medium (and not knowing it) 
What I needed help figuring out 5 years ago?  I need to work hard to persevere when it comes to getting the support my kids need, figuring out my boundaries, and energetic protection.  
How I solved the problems/what led me to where I am today? Reiki, it all started with Reiki.

This is a 45 min session.
 In this session I;
-go into a life and heal a life that is the root of the clients quickness to anger, I also did generational healing associated with this issue.
- Ideas from the Records for grounding to help, and a suggestion for the client to encourage writing to release and connect to source.
- The Records showed us what the client needs to hear right now. The Records showed me a metaphor with a waterfall for the client. And how the client can utilize and share their gifts.
- I ask the Records of what needs to be healed, a life where the client had a clubbed foot came forward.
- telling the client how to shield and protect her energy, and what types will work better for her.
- doing a body scan on the client and seeing what chakras need more healing.
-I asked what the Records wanted to show her and I received a metaphor of a mountain and explained how it relates to the client.

-ask the Records; What lives does the client need to know about right now? What lives need to be healed right now?
-do a body scan to find areas of the body that are holding trauma/energy, heal and release that energy.
-through the body scan we go into a couple lives and heal them.
- we see the clients life path and purpose.
-we go into why the client has a pattern in the romantic relationships she has.
- I released/healed a generational trauma/block.
- why they are afraid/hesitant to write things down. We go into that life and heal it as well as integrate a part of that life into her life now.
- the client wants to know if a scar she has is connected with a past life.
-what message do the Records have for her and a final life they want to share with her.
